How to do SQL server version upgrade in SQL Server?

 to upgrade an existing instance of sequel server to a different edition from the SQL Server  Installation Center select Maintenance, and then select Edition Upgrade. if setup support files are required, sql server Setup installs them. If you are instructed to restarted your computer, restart before you continue.


To upgrade SQL Server 2019 to 2022

download the SQL server 2022 installation media, run the setup , and select the Upgrade from a previous version of SQL Server option, following the prompts to complete the upgrade.hh
